- All the parishes and mission centres have active SCC units witnessing the values of Christ.
- Ensure homilies on SCCs during Sunday and feast day Eucharistic celebrations.
- Arrange parish level SCC animation programmes21.
- Form Parish animation teams
- Motivate pastors and religious to visit SCCs regularly.
- Make 7 steps of gospel sharing methods very interesting and creative.
- Appoint a full time Director at the Diocese level.
- Celebrate SCC Day in the parishes as a regular practice.
- Prepare SCCs to eventually move towards the formation of Basic Human Communities.
- The parish community is formed into the Mystical Body of Christ with one mind and one heart.
- Conduct prayer meetings/holy hour/ adoration and retreats to bring people together in the parish and bring about community healing and reconciliation.
- Promote a radical revival of the present SCCs through various programmes like pilgrimages, seminars and exposure.
- Ensure greater and active participation of men by motivating them to take part in the SCC meetings and programmes.
