Shivamogga, August 18, 2024: Sacred Heart Cathedral, Shivamogga celebrated its 2nd Anniversary on August 18th. All the Office Bearers of SVP from Shivamogga area council as well as Bhadravati area council office Bearers as well as members took part in it.
Program began at 8am with Break fast. 9am Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Cathedral, Shivamogga Rev. Fr Stany D'Souza concelebrated Holy Eucharist with Fr Venil D'Silva, Fr Sunil Rodrigues OCD and Fr Vinuth. Deacon Paul Anand Prasad SJ served during the Mass
At 10:45am formal program was organized at Sacred Heart Cathedral Campus. Diocese of Udupi Central committee members addressed jointly Shivamogga and Bhadravati area council members. Rev. Fr Reginald Pinto, Spiritual Director of Diocese of Udupi SVP, Diocese of Udupi Central Council President Mr. Walter Martis, Central Council Treasurer Mr. Harold Buthello were present with Central committee members.
Shivamogga area council President Mr. William Martis and Sacred Heart Cathedral SVP President Mr. Devasagayaraj and Rev. Fr Arun Venil D'Silva, Procurator of the Diocese of Shimoga were present.
Due to prior commitments SVP Spiritual Director of Diocese of Shimoga Rev. Fr Franklin D'Souza couldn't attend the meeting. But he wished them success for the meeting.
Program concluded with 12:30pm Lunch. 90 SVP Office Bearers and members were present.
