The Commission for Liturgy organized a day's workshop in the Diocese of Shimoga for Choir, Lectors & Musicians in Sannidhi, Pastoral Renewal Centre on March 9, 2025, from 9:30 am to 5.00pm. 72 choir members and musicians all over the Diocese of Shimoga actively took part in this enriching session.
Rev. Dr Rudolf Pinto, Secretary to CCBI commission for Liturgy delivered a lively talk on the norms, rubrics of liturgical music, how the music should enhance the singing of the people of God, and how to actively participate in Eucharist and boosted their knowledge in liturgy. The meeting concluded with Eucharistic celebration presided over by Most. Rev. Dr Francis Serrao SJ
