The Pre- Cana Marriage Preparation Course was held at Sannidhi from December 6 to 8, 2024. The course aimed at providing engaged couples and other manageable youth with essential knowledge and insights for building a strong and lasting marriage. * Pro-Life:an introduction to the pro pro life philosophy with a focus on the sentity of life in marriage.
* Complementarity between Man and Woman: understanding the complementary rolls of husband and wife within marriage.
Day 2 (Saturday, December 7):

* Inter personal Relationships: discussed the dynamics of communication and mutual understanding between spouses.
* Responsible Parenthood: a session on the moral and practical aspects of raising children in faith.
* Marriage in Canon and Civil Law: an overview of the legal frameworks that govern marriage in both the church and society.
* Spirituality in the family life: the role of faith and spirituality in fostering a harmonious family life.
* Marriage: Covenant and Sacrament: a deep dive into the theological aspects of marriage as a sacrament and a covenent.
* Sexual Morality in marital life: addressed the ethical dimensions of sexual relations within marriage.
Day 3 (Sunday, December 8):
Sessions and topics covered:
* Communication in the Family: techniques and principles for maintaining effective communication between spouses and within the family.
* Natural Family Planning: an important on the methods and benefits of natural family planning as a natural approach to family planning.
* The Three Altars in Family life: discussed the importance of personal, marital and family prayer in maintaining a spiritual and strong family foundation.
